Birth Doula Support
($1000 + HST)

  • FREE consultation

  • Pregnancy support through phone, email & text for duration of care plan

  • Access to lending library and community resources

  • 2 prenatal meetings to discuss:  birth and postpartum plans, overview of labour, strategies for coping with labour and delivery, prenatal breastfeeding education

  • On call 24/7 from 37 weeks until delivery 

  • Support during labour & delivery until about 2 hours postpartum 

  • 1 in-person postpartum visit

Postpartum Doula Support - Hourly

($45/hr + HST)

In-home support for new parents from birth to 20 weeks postpartum.  How can a postpartum Doula support your family?  

  • Help and instruction on basic baby care

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Laundry

  • Meal prep

  • Light housework & tidying

  • Hold the baby while you shower/rest

  • Run errands

  • Emotional support (vent/chat about what's on your mind!)

  • Provide reassurance and information on community resources
