Let's talk about pumping and hand expressing breast milk!  Join me, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, in the park for this 1-hour workshop to discuss the following topics:

• Correct and most effective use of a breast pump (fit, speed, how often, how long, when to pump, why pump)

• Types of pumps and when to use them

• How to hand express breast milk

• Tips for increasing expressed milk

• Storing and handling expressed milk

​

Bring your baby (or your bump!), your pump and your questions.  One partner or support person is welcome to attend as well.

This workshop is outdoors in Elmvale, ON, weather permitting.  We will move to a virtual workshop if needed.
